Now is already end of Rejab and Syabaan is approaching which means we have just another month before Ramadhan..I understand it very2 much if you working mommy out there worry your milk supply will drop..some more people around you start telling you they experience such and eventually they stop breastfeeding since then..sounds familiar? Ya..I faced that last year and I understand that very2 much. My advise..don't listen to them..because I didn't! And because..I have gone through last Ramadhan with my milk supply maintain as normally as other months. And infact some of the days I got more!
How did I do it? I gladly share with you the following tips, not so much into increasing the milk supply, but for me enough if could maintain the same supply..so here goes:
1. Drink lots and lots of water
Yes, this is very2 important, even if it's not Ramadhan time isn't it? What more when it is fasting month, so you got to be discipline enough to get enough fluid for a day. How? Easy! drink during nite time constantly from the time you break your fast till the next morning during sahur..what I did, each time my baby woke up for milk, I would take that opportunity to drink. So before you go to bed, make sure you have a tumbler full of plain water eh..put them nearest you can reach, so you can grab them with one eye closed..:P
2. Eat dates
I so believe in dates' nutrition..more over, breaking your fast with dates is 'sunat' right? So eat more than one..3, 5 or 7 at a time as long as they are in odd numbers...up to you..same goes during sahur..eat them as well. Will give you not just the energy, you'll find your milk supply maintain as it is or sometimes even more..and they are more concentrated. Try them! I ate a lot of kurma previous fasting month, and Alhamdulillah..milk supply maintained..and as I mentioned, sometimes more!
3. Continue same pumping session
Indeed, this is the key..to ensure that you have enough simulation for the milk production. As you all know, the amount of milk is directly proportional to the frequency of simulation. So, continues to same pattern of pumping session. Insya-Allah with all the nutrition from the dates + enough water supply you will get the same amount of milk even during Ramadhan
4. Take supplement
Taking supplement will help you a lot during fasting month. I initially took this to ensure that my milk supply is nutritious for my baby, due to my 'not so healthy' eating habit..hehe..and of course because I was so 'lembik', always fatigue after office hours. Some more, I need extra energy to take care of my house chores during maidless time..heheh. I belive taking this also have help me a lot during last Ramadhan..and Alhamdulillah milk supply was sufficience for my baby..So mommies, why not you try this..Shaklee breastfeeding set consist of Vitalea, Vita-C, Alfalfa and B-Complex. Those are the only one I took until today..it's made of natural ingredients..so not to worry about those chemical junks in your body! So far I'm doing great and alhamdulillah still full breasfeed my baby until now! It's been 14 months already! Waa..the greatest record so far..oh by the way, you can get more info from this website. If you decided to make a purchase..please mention my name yaaa..redirecting to this blog will also do..hihihi..
and finally (save the best for last) which is most importantly
5. Be positive and always focus and doa to Allah. Always believe that Allah will help you after all your effort! Ignore those negative notes coming from others!
If I can do it..you can too! All the best!

I Believe - by Irfan Makki featuring Maher Zain
Have you heard of this new song by Irfan Makki, featuring Maher Zain? A beatiful song indeed..If I understand it correctly this is actually the first single by Irfan Makki..it was out last Friday 24 of June! Hot from the oven! It was a surpised by Maher Zain to all his fan through his facebook..so now you know I got to know about this from there..hihihi
I fell in love with the song the first time I heard it..Really! I hardly love any song from the first I heard them..but this one....was like love at a first sight! Hihihii..Very2 soothing...
I searched for the lyrics, and once I finished read them, I love this song even more.....oh by the way the video clip is very2 nice too! Really! You can watch them from Maher Zain's collection of you tube's blog here
Here goes the lyrics..do cherish them like I do! And most importantly understand them and BELIEVE!
I BELIEVE LYRICS
IRFAN MAKKI
When you’re searching for the light
And you see no hope in sight
Be sure and have no doubt
He’s always close to you
He’s the one who knows you best
He knows what’s in your heart
You’ll find your peace at last
If you just have faith in Him
You’re always in our hearts and minds
Your name is mentioned every day
I’ll follow you no matter what
My biggest wish is to see you one day
Chorus
I believe
I believe
Do you believe, oh do you believe?
MAHER ZAIN
Coz I believe
In a man who used to be
So full of love and harmony
He fought for peace and liberty
And never would he hurt anything
He was a mercy for mankind
A teacher till the end of time
No creature could be compared to him
So full of light and blessings
You’re always in our hearts and minds
Your name is mentioned every day
I’ll follow you no matter what
If God wills we’ll meet one day
Chorus
If you lose your way
Believe in a better day
Trials will come
But surely they will fade away
If you just believe
What is plain to see
Just open your heart
And let His love flow through
I believe I believe, I believe I believe
And now I feel my heart is at peace
Chorus
I believe I believe, I believe I believe

Report Card Day
I guess most of the school were having their report card collection day yesterday..few colleagues of mine either were on leave or were on half day leave. Same goes to my daughter's school..Yesterday was kakak's report card collection day too..thank God this time around this mommy got the notice from the school earlier..otherwise, history may repeat itself again..hihihi...you guys must have read about it here..
The results? What do you guys think? heheh..well..biasa biasa aje..tak de la cemerlang, gemilang terbilang..top 3? No..No..like I said..biasa biasa aje..I would say just average..but still for me Alhamdulillah..Prior to that, kakak already told us that she got no. 19 in class for sekolah kebangsaan. Little did I expect she would get no 7 for sekolah agama..so in average she is at no 14 in her class and overall standard 1 at no 31..Alhamdulillah..it was a great improvement for her as compared to her first test results last March...Ooh..before I forget, she scores all A except for Seni - B so her average percentage is 96%. That's more important actually...I guess the time I invested to study with her has given a good return. Thank you Allah for giving me the chance to concentrate and focus on her during the exam week..Thank you Allah for this result..I am so greatful..tho it is biasa-biasa aje..
What I cherished most yesterday at her school was the chance to get to know her best friends..the twins Auni & Auji, Amirah and Asyatul..I am so approved of her friends..hihi..ni baru girlfriends dah cegini..later on when it comes to bf cemana? Very2 fussy la this mommy eh? heheh..glad to know that she has chosen them as thier friends..a good choice of friends indeed..
So proud of you kakak! Mama & Ayah love ya!

Water Shortage - Boarding School Memories..
Talking about the 48 hours water shortage since yesterday, there's friend who put in facebook her status "Teringat masa sekolah dulu..Nightmare". Heheh..I smiled..
Yup, indeed a nigtmare to us..Of all the time, that was the time which I hate most. Normally toilet at the hostels will be running out of water the earliest. So we got to scout around for water supply from block to block. So you could see girls walking with towels on their shoulders and a small pail with all the toiletries on the other hand..'merantau' for waters..hihi.
Me and roomate normally went to school block for water as our hostel was nearest to the classroom block. That reminds me of the scenario whereby our creative friends 'stole' the water from the science lab, using the 'paip getah'..hahahaha..see, that was how desperate we were..some others are smart enough to bathe at the sickbay..we got to become kiasu when that happened you see..heheh.. There are times when we got to 'angkut' air from the lorry with the water supply..hahah..horror! but eventually we survived!
Oh btw, heard over the radio this morning, that water supply will be back in stages starting this morning..Alhamdulillah!

Water Shortage
I just got to know that there'll be water shortage in Klang Valley starting today 8.00 am for the next 48 hours! Gosh! That sound so loong to me..I guess you already knew the reasons behind it....it is due to closure of the Sungei Selangor water treatment lpant for mainenance and upgrading works.
Alhamdulillah, my housing area are not affected..TQ Allah, otherwise got to rush and call my maid to store water in whatever means. Thinking of which, I don't ever have a big, large 'tong' to store water that would be anough for 48 hours supply! Adoi..can't imagine if my housing area is affected! Harus amik urgent leave and balik kampung..heheh..easy and cut short solution..hahah
Oh by the way, for those who are not sure which area are affected, you may refer below..got this from a friend which I believe must have gotten them from the newspaper.
You may also call Syabas Hotline at 1 800 88 5252 to request for details on the affected area or water tanker services. Can also SMS PUSPEL and send to 39222 or log on to www.syabas.com.my

Our Daddies' Day!
This year is the first year hubby celebrated Daddy's day..well after being a father for 7 years already...hihi..sorry la yang, all this while didn't get any inspiration to celebrate..<alasan!>
So how did we celebrate our Father's day this year? We celebrated Father's day this year in our own way..I guess it means so much to Mr Hubby as he celebrated with his bestest friends eva..Mr N, Mr AJ & Mr AR. It was mommies surprise to daddies this time around..as we got the ala2 (kind of) surprise last month for Mommies Day..hihi..Ooh..you may read the story I jotted down here.
Well..he and his friends made few plans to have dinner at Jeram area, but it did not happen. So we Mommies used that as a reason to ask them out for dinner last weekend. Mrs AR have got to include her hubby in plan, otherwise we could not have the cake for daddies. So she told Mr AR that the cake was sopposed to be the surprise from me to Mr Hubby! Hahah..so Mr AR got the half surprise..wink!
We made our way from Mr N home around 5.30 pm, and reached there 15 minutes past 6 pm. So we had our early dinner at 7 pm. By the time we finished dinner, it was just nice for Maghrib prayers..so we have ample time after that for cake cutting 'ceremony'..hehehe
When cakes with 4 candles arrived, all daddies started questionning whose Birthday was it..hihi..they only knew the cake was meant for them after they read the writing on it..:D. So I would say our surprise work! Hehe..so we had the cake + teh 'O' panas after the cake cutting..terbaeek!
It was indeed a memorable ones..To you 4 daddies, TQ so much for being the bestest Dad to your kids! On behalf of Mommies and Kids - We love you so much for who you are!

My Lappy Password was Accidently Changed!
Yes peeps..I dunnno who was the culprit..was it me or my kids..hahah..the last person who used my lappy was my daughter and son1. These two are clever enough and seriously I couldn't figure how they actually did this - change my log in passwd..Mind you..this is not the first time..second actually. First one was on my old lappy which I have officially 'cascaded down' to both of them for their games time or watching CDs or movies..until now, the lappy is lying on the floor without being fixed..that one fine la..coz not critical for use..but this one? Is strictly No No..Got to use this for office work!
So as usual, I googled. How can you google asz when you cannot even log in to your lappy? Ahaa..I still can..because I used to create a different User ID, meant for office log in - which log directly to our office domain..so the passwd follow my office log in ID..fuuh..Thank Allah I did that..otherwise I would be more complicated. At least I can google..So folks, better create more than one Admin password ya in your lappy..
Google punya google punya google..heheh..I found the most simple solution - System Restore..just before this problem occurs..and it works! Lalalalaa..How to do it? Alaa..you guys/girls must be very2 clever than me..but for the sake of myself..in case this happen again..I decided to jot it down here..at least this will benefit others as well..
1. Restart your lappy
2. Tap F8 repeatedly at start up before windows log on comes up
3. Choose "Repair your computer"
4. System Restore
5. Choose the restore point - to before ID was accidently changed.
Simple isn't it? Yea! Am so happy..now can do my work at peace!

Preparation for Ramadhan
This might sound too early to some of you, but for myself, this is necessary..as I have never prepared myself properly for Ramadhan before. Lets put a new resolution this year shall we? And not to forget to always pray to Allah so we can meet this year Ramadhan..amiiin..(sgt2 takut hokey kalo tak sempat jumpa Ramadhan this year..).
Below are some of the suggestion I found from BKKI,NPC (Badan Kebajikan Kakitangan Islam, Perbadanan Produktiviti Negara) which I reword to my own understanding. Sound interesting to me on the self preparation..
1. Preparation of Faith (Iman)
Pious people normally prepare themselves since Rejab and Syaaban and indeed they already missed Ramadhan since then. These are the months of 'warming up' before the actually face the Ramadhan. In Surah At-Taubah, Allah prohibited us from all the wrong doings since Rejab so that our faith (iman) is already increased since then..
2. Physical Preparation
We got ensure that we are fit to face Ramadhan, otherwise all the blessing from Allah during Ramadhan will not be possible for us to optimumly achieved. That's why Rasulallah and para sahabat train themselve physically and mentally through fasting, reciting Al-Quran and qiamulail since Rejab.
3. Property (Harta) Preparation
Please do not misunderstand ya, preparation here is not to get all ready for breaking fast purposes or for lebaran as per our tradition. But to redouble sedekah because Ramadhan is the month to increase this ibadah, as the reward is double.
4. Mind & Knowledge Preparation

4. Mind & Knowledge Preparation
To ensure that we optimise the month of Ramadhan, it is very important for us to have enough and the right perseption of Ramadhan. We may equipe ourselves with that by reading all types of reference material and attending majlis ilmu about Ramadhan.
Well, how many of us is preparing ourself for Ramadhan as compared to preparing for lebaran i.e tempah baju raya, which cookies to order, thots of changing the curtains etc?.Well, am asking myself this as well..as for me...dush! baju raya dah siap tempah but haven't prepared as above..I guess it's still not too late as today is already 17 of Rejab..ouch..half month of Rejab is already passed!

Anger Management..
Hi all, as usual, while driving to work this morning, I listen to Ikim.FM motivation slot. Topic for today is about Anger..I notice each time they broadcasted a topic, it will very2 much related to me and my situation at that time..yes this time around, I do need to listen to what the motivator got to say, cause I really2 need the encouragement to handle my anger towards my superior..heheh.
I decided to jot down here, so I would remember and hopefully will benefit you readers as well. I understand that anger is actually a gift from Allah, but you have got to manage it very2 well. Why is it a gift? Because with fury, you will strive to maintain and protect things especially if it is yours or your family dignity. Thus, the feeling of angry, furious is a fitrah to us the makhluk..
Anger is like your stove..if the fire is too big, it will burnt you, but if it too slow, you becomes “dayus”. I quoted from the motivator words..What it means is that, if you pursue your fury too much, the anger will destroy you but if you just let go for example when it involves your dignity, then you are “dayus”. With that, there are two types of anger..
1. Angry for big and important things which is considered as noble.
2. Angry for small2 things – which are not important
Kind of agree with the motivator, that we mostly focus to be furious on small2 matter, especially when it involves personal matters. But when Islam dignity is at stake, most of the Muslim chooses not to be angry, but just stay put and do nothing to protect our religion. Ouch!..That goes to me too..
With that, I decided not to get angry today..I pray hard that I could control my feelings especially when I got to face my superior..just be professional..and reasonable..you know la, ladies tend to speak out their feelings..the logical part comes later..hehehe..Ya Allah please help me..I do hope for a better and good days ahead..amiin..

Visit to the Beach
Last Saturday, taking the opportunity while we were at hubby's hometown, we paid a visit to the beach. It can be considered as the family routine each time when all of hubby's siblings return to their hometown. This time around is Aisy first time to the beach! :D
When we first arrived, his reaction was - Excited! First time he saw the baeach, he made that sound which I translate as "ooh what's this nice place". So I told him, this is the beach. With that, I thot he would be much happier once I put him to the water..but then..this is what happened:
On his bro, tho this is not the first time, (lost count of how many of his visits to the beach), until today he is yet to overcome his fear of the wave. In fact his reaction was even worse than his baby bro.. My hubby and I tried our best to help him out..but to a point, we decied to just let go..

Yup, he cried alright..he cried and clung to me tight..the cry stops only when his feet didn't touch the sand and the water..He's just like his bro..afraid of the wave..they enjoy playing in the pool, but not the beach!

Kakak? Well, she's the most excellent since she was at her baby boy's age..never afraid of the wave and she was the one who had fun the most!

A boring Saturday Nite
Yup, am bored and dunno what else to do..so I blog..heheh..
It's Saturday nite, my baby is asleep and the rest of the family is watching the final soccer match between Kelantan and Terengganu. I'm just not a fan of this sport, tho I tried to understand the 'passion' of watching them few times, I just cannot accept it. And tonite, I just feel that I don't belong here..forced myself to join them, but at last I gave up..hahah..so here I am jotting down my thots in this blog..I hope they don't mind..well fact is fact, am neither a Terengganuans (betoi ke ni..belasah je lah..hihi) nor the Kelantanese..so no spirit to support either ones..By the way, at this point I'm jotting down here, Kelantan is leading with 1-0. Doesn't matter what the results, it was already announced that tomorrow is public holiday for Kelantan..how I wish this can be extended to KL as well so I got extra 1 day leave..hahah.
School holidays has come to the end, so normal routine will be back..and honestly very2 lazy to go back to work! How I wish, money comes to me without having to earn it...hahah..ridicolous eh? Where got such, unless you work hard initially to a point that money will comes to you right?
Notes: A boring nite..thus a boring entry here..isn't it? hihi

Seth Tan the Husband Idol
I'm sure most of you watch this serial drama Nora Elena adaptation from a novel Kasih Yang Suci..every Monday to Thursday 7.00pm at TV3. Well..I do watch them..but on 'part time' basis..hahah..Ye la..that time is the time I got to be in the kitchen, cooking dinner for the family what..
So what's so great about this movie that I must jot it down here? Of course because of the hero - Seth Tan which I believe now becomes "lelaki pujaan malaya" heheh..Well to me..it's too good to be true..to good to be true that this kind of guy really exist..To me..this is another fairytale..but at least this story brings colours in the drama industry..and perhaps the novels as well..
I read one of my sister's friend entry on this Seth Tan with the title "Seth Tan I jatuh hati dgn u" That makes me smile.:)..well well..I know if I were teenagers, I would dream for that kind of hero too..I can imagine how they scream in front if the tv especially on the flowers in the boot scene.... hahah.. teenagers..but those are the sweetest moment in ones life..isn't it?
Well, no harm in dreaming coz dreams could possibly be reality provided that it is accompanied by actions. But still again to me..this is just another fairytale..I don't believe there's a man with complete package loving, good looking, caring and sweet such as Seth Tan really exist. If there is, could be one in a million? err..too much, perhaps one in a thousand? What ever it is just accept the guys who is meant to be yours as he is..because Allah knows who's the best for you..smile..
As usual..Mr Google helps a lot! |

Middle Child Syndrome
I find this topic interesting, well you may have guess why...by the way, that's not the point yaa..What triggers me to jot down about this topis is because of what we encountered as per my previous entry here. That incidents makes me think a lot..and what I'm afraid most is for the fact that I might have neglected my first son without realising it. I believe that happened for a reason, and am thankful to Allah for giving me this early warning signal before it's too late.
Thanks Mr Google for the image.. |
And so I googled..as usual..to understand more about this syndrome. I found these fact on symptoms of middle child syndrome:
1. Lack Of Belonging
The middle child may not feel a sense of belonging to the family in the same way as other children. He/she struggles to be close to the family because of feeling ignored and ‘unwanted’. Sometimes, the middle child also feels sandwiched between the other siblings. It is important as a parent, to not let such feelings overcome their middle child. - As to date I have not seen any sign that my son feels left out. Or is it my ignorance? He was an easy to attend baby and even until now..am afraid because of that I put less attention to him..I do hope it is still not too late and I got to do all I can to ensure he knows that I acknowledge his existence in the family
2. Low Self-Esteem
Since a middle child feels that he/she is basically unwanted, he/she may have a very low self-esteem. There is nothing worse than to feel not needed and it can badly affect even an adult. For a child, it has a serious bearing on his/her overall development. Such a child will continue to suffer from a lack of self-belief on growing up. A middle child’s confidence may be shaky due to the feeling of being overlooked upon, by his/her parents. - Ouch! This is not good..hmm....he's somehow a bit lack in confidence especially in public
3. Reclusion
It is, usually, seen that a child suffering from middle child syndrome is not too extrovert or social. There is a tendency among such children to become loners in life. They feel like an outsider in the family and therefore, become a recluse in other areas of life as well. Such a child believes in spending time with him/her self rather than others, because he/she feels uncared for. And so, he/she tries to create a world of his/her own and lean on his/her own self for support.- Ahaaa..he's very2 lack is social skill..this one is obvious. Most of the time, he will take much longer time to make friends with others. What worry me most is that he doesn't want to participate in sports and lining up during assembly at his kindergarden..The teachers told me that I got speak to him more often, and yup I know, got to psycho him so he understands that he must participate not matter what..
4.No Sense Of Direction
The children suffering from middle child syndrome also lack a sense of direction. There is certain disillusionment among them and they struggle to find the real direction of their life. They are not comfortable confiding in their parents, not even in their brothers or sisters. This is not to say that all middle children turn out to be failures in their life. Only those suffering from this syndrome have a tendency to lack any direction in life. -Most of the time, he will look at his sister for reference in what ever he does. I guess this is normal if you are not the first child..I look at this as an advantage instead of otherwise..heheh. Well, hope if I treated him right, he will not depends so much on others to decide for his life later on..
5. Trust Issues
A middle child, on feeling ignored and un-loved, may have trust issues. As a child, we first learn to trust and completely rely on our parents, but a middle child fails to do that and consequentially, faces such issues. Such a child has difficulty in opening up and confiding in anyone. However, not every child suffering from middle child syndrome has a distrusting attitude. Sometimes, such a child is pining to trust and lean on someone. - I hope he has not reach this stage..I hope I still have time to control this situation. I hate if he is not willing to share his thoughts with me..
I believe the key to this is:
1. To give him attention that he deserves, to listen to him, to spend quality time with him.
2. Understand that kids don't understand on financial reason for handing down clothes or any items to them..so buy him new ones once in a while
3. Give him the toys or whatever items belongs to him if his sister or little bro snatch them from him..<I learnt this long time ago..from an old magazine..>
Thank god he's only 4, and I believe it is still not too late!

Of Aisy Hakimi...
Yesterday, hubby and my first son went for guys outing..well...kind of..they actually went for hair cut, since Azeem's front hair already reached his eyes..and his teacher complained and threatened to tie his front hair if it is not cut..hahah..so they went..
Once they reached home from the hair cut, as normal little Aisy greeted them, but somehow this time around he showed his worry face..so he turn away from his dad..you know why? He just didn't recognise his dad anymore! Hihihih..with the new hair style..I guess he must have confused his dad to his other uncles..When daddy hold him, he was kind of control himself from crying! Just like he always did when strangers hold him..Aisy..Aisy..that's your daddy lah..
Btw..he's now officially on his feet! So Aisy..you hold the earliest records of all..Good boy!
Should I share his video walking like a 'robot' or not? Hmm...

Learn How to Give...not to Receive..
Those are the quotes coming from my big boss few weeks ago.. I intended to share about this last few weeks, but didn't have the idea how to elaborate. Somehow this morning, when I was driving while listening to radio on 'motivasi pagi', I understand what it means on Learn to Give More..rather than receive..
The motivator, (I didn't get his name) asked, why is it most of the time, when we always give, we will reach a point when we got tired of giving? You know why? Simply put, because as human, we tend to put expectation towards others..eg. To the eye of the husband, his wife should serve the husband with coffe and snacks when he reached home, no matter how tired she is, even when she is also a woking mom....in return, as a wife, her expectation is the husband will understand that she's a working mom and hope that the husband will help her with the house chores..when this expectation is not met, then both will get tired of giving, as did not get in return what they expected..
So the best is, to put expectation to yourself not on others, so it will motivates you to be a better person day by day. That indirectly put a target to yourself to achieve the objective to become a good khalifah Allah. We should be in hunger to get the return from Allah, not other makhluk...if we have that in mind, insya-Allah we will not feel tired of giving to others, as we know Allah will give the best return to us later on..
Hmm..I am still that far away in having such thinking and thoughts..

Why is it Important for Husband to keep communicating with their Wife?
We normally go to and come back from office together..but recently, since hubby is busy with a project, which requires him to be at the office near our house, we got to take our separate ways. It's been a while and I notice we spend lesser time to communicate to each other..We rarely call each other during office hours, as both of us prefer not to be 'disturbed' when we are working..(focus keje la konon..hihihi)
I don't like it that way..I notice that there are things that I always missed to share with him..I plan to tell him but most of the time I tend to forget..It's just don't feel right....why is it so important for me to have ample time to speak to my hubby?
I found out those interesting fact of women vs men:
A wife is a Women:
How is that have anything to do with the importance of a husband to make conversation with the wife? The answers that I found (of course through googling..eheh)

I found out those interesting fact of women vs men:
A wife is a Women:
- Women focus revolve around human and feelings. Women value love, relationship, relationship and beauty
- Women read novel and psychology books. They love watching romantic films and read entertainment magazines. They speak about themselves, family, feelings, fashion and beauty.
A husband is a Man:
- Focus more to power, expertise, effectiveness and achievement
- Men give focus to things, objects and item in order to achieve success and objective that wish to be accomplised. They read newspapers and journals. They listen to news, sport and stock market. They speaks about cars, computers, technology, currency, stock market, business, leader, war, politics and world development.
How is that have anything to do with the importance of a husband to make conversation with the wife? The answers that I found (of course through googling..eheh)
1. Because, the wife is a woman. Women enjoy chatting, and they find it very necessary for them. They love when people listen to them. When stressed, chit chatting can be very soothing as sharing their feelings with other could eliminate their worries. Due to that reasons, there’s no surprise when women could talk or cling to the phone for hours.
2. Women require good listener not problem solver. They need to be with someone who in their opinion very caring ‘about’ and ‘for’ them. Their focus is more towards day to day incidents, people that they meet and most importantly ‘what they feel towards those people they met’.
3. They want verbal attention which can make them feel loved. For them, as long as the attention and relationship is knotted, the love and bond is guaranteed. Marriage is uniting the fact of that of men and women. Difference in attitude, interest and tendency cannot be the excuse of not to effectively communicate with the spouse. Healthy relationship will guarantee happiness and achievement of the marriage objective. When communication between husband and wife is not effective, effective communication does not exist.
So the conclusions are:
1. Effective communication with your spouse helps to maintain and strengthen your marriage
2. Conversation is a medium to transfer or share information on what they want, how they feel and their thoughts about each other.
Hmm...interesting isn't it?

World Milk Day!
Today is the World Milk day..just knew it from the radio this morning..heheh..
I would like to take this opportunity to promote the bestest milk ever for your baby..MOM's Milk! Yesszaaa...
Back to basic, this is the creation of Allah..as the Creator, Allah knows the best for all of us human..so obviously no other milk would be the best except for this one, a gift from Allah. Alhamdulillah, I manage to breasfeed all my three children..tho the first two are not exclusive for the first 6 months.
What I'm trying to share with you mommies out there, it is never too late trying to full breasfeed your baby. As for my case, only with my third baby I manage to full breasfeed alhamdulillah until today. Oh by the way he is now 13 months young..:D
The most important tips, based on my experience as the late 'bloomer' in breastfeeding arena (cewaah)is your determination to give the best to your babies..I guess most of you must have known the benefits you could gain from breasfeeding right? So it's all left to your mindset, your willpower and of course supported by lactation knowledge..insya-Allah, you will be successful..just believe in yourself, like I did!
